Who is responsible
This website (floowla.studio) is operated by FLOOWLA LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA, USA. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@floowla.studio.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email, company, and whatever you include when you write to us or start a project.
- Project materials — footage, audio, scripts, logos and brand assets you send so we can edit your videos.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We see the amount, the confirmation and the last digits of your card, never the full number. Stripe processes it under its own policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Technical data — basic server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) kept by our host, [Hostinger], for security and performance.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver the editing services you ordered.
- To invoice you and take payment through Stripe.
- To keep accounting records the law requires us to keep.
- To keep the website secure.
Cookies
This is a static website and sets no marketing or tracking cookies of its own. Essential third-party services — such as Stripe's checkout, if you pay online — may set cookies strictly necessary to process the payment securely.
[If you later add analytics such as Google Analytics, list it here and add a consent banner if your country requires one.]
How long we keep it
- Emails and enquiries: up to [24] months after our last exchange.
- Project footage and files: [90] days after final delivery, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires, typically [10] years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we process it, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email hello@floowla.studio — we answer within [30] days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Some providers, Stripe among them, may process data outside your country. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
Any change to this policy is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
